The place was new and affordable, spent 2 sunny nights here. Location was best possible, really close to convenience stores, the supermarket and bars, restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, bazaar shops and walking street. We were set to eateries.

The value for money at 950 Condotel was excellent, with lovely rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel's location was ideal, close enough to the lively walking street but far enough away for a peaceful stay. And a supermarket right below was convenient for stocking up on snacks and drinks.
The breakfast could have been improved by offering alternative options for those with allergies to dairy products, especially eggs.

Make sure you go and visit rbi steak house, placed really close to the apartment. A 15-minute walk to sm city clark. We got exceptional prices.

the views were magnificent. you won't be disappointed if you eat at margarita, which is next to the apartment. the breakfast was definitely fine, we also enjoyed a free wi-fi.
